Practice 04 · Corporate Wellbeing & Resilient Leadership

Build a healthier team before burnout becomes a business cost.

Workshops and programmes for companies, HR teams and colleges. Designed with measurable objectives and honest scoping — not one-off engagement events with no aftertaste.

Programme areas

Seven themes. Modular delivery. Scoped to your context.

Each theme is available as a workshop, a short programme, or an integrated series. Every proposal begins with a diagnostic conversation with HR or leadership.

Workplace stress & resilience

Practical resilience — not motivational theatre. Recovery habits, team-level buffers, sustainable performance.

Emotional intelligence

Self-awareness, other-awareness and repair. The three moves that keep good teams together under pressure.

Conscious leadership

Decision-making, feedback, difficult conversations. Leadership as a set of learnable practices.

Communication & team culture

Meeting hygiene, decision logs, disagreement rituals. Culture as concrete behaviour.

Digital wellbeing

Attention discipline, notification design, asynchronous norms.

Women's confidence & leadership

Executive presence, negotiation, sponsorship — designed with, not for, women leaders.

AI awareness & workforce adaptability

How teams use AI honestly, safely and with judgement. What to automate and what to protect.

Commercial model

Customised proposal. No consumer price.

Corporate engagements are scoped to audience size, delivery format, specialist partners, measurement requirements and contractual obligations. Indicative bands: ₹25,000–₹60,000 per workshop, ₹1–₹3 lakh per programme, with retainer options for ongoing culture and leadership work.

Every proposal includes objectives, delivery plan, measurement approach, safeguarding notes and a review cadence. Change requests are documented and quoted before work begins.
